Work with IT EXPERT SYSTEM’s leadership team to understand business processes. Develop/Establish KPIs for measuring performance of key processes that includes administration, marketing, exam center operations and training.

Monitor and measure KPIs on monthly basis.

Help improve process efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
