Proctoring Services

IT Expert System reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any service at its discretion.

3. Course Enrollment Terms

Students enrolling in any IT Expert System course agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • Meet any course prerequisites, if applicable.

  • Attend scheduled classes and training sessions.

  • Complete assignments, projects, and assessments as required.

  • Follow classroom and online learning guidelines.

Enrollment does not guarantee certification, employment, internship placement, job placement, or examination success.

4. Student Responsibilities

Students and users agree to:

  • Maintain professional conduct.

  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants.

  • Refrain from disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Protect login credentials and account information.

  • Use training materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Violation of these requirements may result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Training Fees

  • Course fees must be paid according to the selected payment plan.

  • Full payment may be required before access to course materials is granted.

Proctoring Fees

  • Proctoring fees must be paid before examination services are provided.

  • Examination fees and proctoring fees are separate unless otherwise specified.

Staffing and Internship Fees

  • Applicable fees will be governed by separate agreements where required.

Refund Policy

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Missed classes, missed exams, or failure to complete a course do not automatically qualify for a refund.

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed according to company policy.

6. Attendance and Scheduling

Students are responsible for:

  • Attending scheduled classes on time.

  • Arriving early for proctored examinations.

  • Notifying IT Expert System of scheduling conflicts when possible.

IT Expert System reserves the right to reschedule classes, instructors, examinations, or training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Proctoring Services Requirements

Candidates using proctoring services must:

  • Present valid government-issued identification as required.

  • Follow all testing policies established by the examination provider.

  • Comply with examination security procedures.

  • Avoid unauthorized materials or conduct during examinations.

Any violation may result in examination termination and reporting to the testing organization.

IT Expert System is not responsible for decisions made by examination providers regarding scores, certifications, cancellations, or disciplinary actions.

8. Internship and Job Placement Disclaimer

IT Expert System may provide internship opportunities, career assistance, job referrals, resume reviews, and interview coaching.

However:

  • Internship placement is not guaranteed.

  • Employment placement is not guaranteed.

  • Salary levels are not guaranteed.

  • Job offers are determined solely by employers.

Career assistance services are intended to improve employment readiness but do not guarantee employment outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by IT Expert System, including:

  • Course content

  • Training manuals

  • Videos

  • Presentations

  • Graphics

  • Software demonstrations

  • Website content

  • Branding and logos

are the intellectual property of IT Expert System unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, recording, distribution, resale, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems.

  • Distribute malware or harmful content.

  • Misrepresent their identity.

  • Interfere with website functionality.

  • Use services for unlawful purposes.

Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, or termination of services.

11. Limitation of Liability

IT Expert System shall not be liable for:

  • Examination outcomes

  • Certification results

  • Employment decisions

  • Internship placements

  • Technical interruptions

  • Data loss

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

12. Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal information collected through registrations, enrollments, exams, staffing services, and website usage will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

13. SMS/MMS Terms and Conditions

By opting into SMS communications from IT Expert System, you consent to receive conversational and transactional text messages related to:

  • Class schedules

  • Student support communications

  • Service notifications

  • Customer support responses

SMS/MMS Terms
